Acceptable Use Policy

Filmpire provides AI video, image, voice, and creative workflow tools. To keep the platform safe and available for creators, you must not use Filmpire to request, upload, generate, distribute, or promote content that violates this policy, our Terms of Service, applicable law, or the usage rules of the underlying AI model providers.

1. Prohibited AI Image and Video Generation

• NSFW, pornographic, explicit sexual, sexually suggestive, or fetish content, including AI-generated content.
• Any sexual, exploitative, or suggestive content involving minors or people who appear to be minors.
• Face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, or face-manipulation requests, especially non-consensual or misleading content.
• Graphic violence, gore, torture, abuse, or content intended to shock, harass, threaten, or humiliate.
• Hate, extremist, terrorist, discriminatory, or dehumanizing content targeting protected groups.
• Self-harm, suicide encouragement, dangerous challenges, or instructions for physical harm.
• Illegal activity, regulated goods, weapons, drugs, fraud, malware, scams, or evasion of safety systems.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.

2. Prompt and Upload Screening

User prompts that are routed to AI image or video generation models may be screened before generation. If a prompt is rejected or cannot be safely reviewed, Filmpire may block the request before queueing the task, charging credits, or calling the model.

• Do not try to bypass safety systems with coded language, misspellings, indirect instructions, or prompt injection.
• Do not upload images, videos, audio, or references that you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use reference media to create misleading, non-consensual, or deceptive representations of real people.

3. Model Provider Relationship

Filmpire is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AI model creators or trademark owners such as OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, Kling, or MiniMax. We provide access to supported models through our own interface, workflows, and infrastructure. All model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Enforcement

• We may block prompts, uploads, generated outputs, accounts, or workflows that violate this policy.
• Credits are not charged when a prompt is blocked before generation. Credits may be returned for eligible platform-side failures according to our Refund Policy.
• Repeated or severe violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
• We may preserve records needed to investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect Filmpire, users, and payment partners.
