Generation time depends on the media type, model, prompt complexity, queue status, and network conditions. Simple images may finish quickly, while video or multi-scene story generation can take longer.

Generation can fail because of restricted prompts, unsupported files, network issues, model downtime, queue overload, or safety checks. If credits are deducted for a platform-side failure, Filmpire may automatically return credits.

You can create AI images, text-to-video outputs, image-to-video outputs, story videos, voiceovers, audio, thumbnails, concept visuals, and other creative assets.

Yes. Filmpire is designed as a multi-model AI creation workspace so creators can access different image, video, and audio capabilities without constantly switching platforms.

Filmpire is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AI model creators or trademark owners such as OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, Kling, or MiniMax. We provide access to supported AI models through our own interface, workflows, and infrastructure, using API integrations and authorized access channels where applicable. All model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Available settings depend on the selected model and feature. Filmpire may support options such as style, aspect ratio, prompt strength, reference images, duration, voice, subtitles, and other creative controls.

Filmpire supports English and Chinese interfaces, and many AI generation features can process multilingual prompts. Model-level language support may vary by provider.

Yes. Filmpire works in modern browsers on desktop and mobile devices, including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and tablets.

Credits are used to run AI generation tasks. Different models and media types may consume different credit amounts depending on duration, quality, and processing requirements.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the billing page at any time to stop future renewals. Your current plan remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan anytime from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately, and the new plan credits are added right away. Because paid subscriptions and first-year bonus credits are granted as billing-cycle benefits, direct downgrades are not supported during an active cycle. To move to a smaller plan, cancel your current plan and subscribe to a lower tier after the current billing period ends.

All purchases are final after payment, even if credits have not been used. You can cancel subscriptions to stop future renewals. Platform-side generation failures may return account credits, but this is not a refund. Please review our Refund Policy or contact [email protected] with your order details.

Paid plans include commercial use and watermark-free exports, subject to our Terms of Service and the usage policies of the underlying AI models. You are responsible for making sure your prompts, uploads, and outputs do not violate third-party rights.
